Hello friends, as we have seen that the technology is changing day by day and there is no surity that something will remain for long time. What do you think that after DVD's what would be the next thing to come? Would there be super DVD's? What do you think please share your ideas.

The time has changed. at the time we are thinking about a think and the updated version of that think being lunched in the market. DVD's is the more advance data recording object where you can also write the digital data which are of heavy size up to 4gb but now no one can tell us that wtah will be next but that will be more faster, relible, big and expensive then before

The "next thing" is not going to be next because its already here. Im sure you have heard about the recent release of the Playstation 3. The playstation 3 includes a Blu-Ray player and that is one of two new formats that are very soon going to be replacing DVD as the most used format. The second of these two formats is HD-DVD, a higher capacity version of DVD capable of recording and playing High Definition content. There is currently a big war going on between major companies such as Microsoft, Sony, Samsung and major film studios to try and make sure that the one they are supporting (either Blu-Ray or HD-DVD) is the one that becomes a common replacement for DVD.

i don't think that is far from wrong with usb movies, we have movied onto blue ray movies at the moment but personally i think it will move over to digital movies where you download the movie after you have payed for it and store it on your computer, if you want to watch it on the tv you burn it to disc, i think thats the future of movies.
