Testspin and their Amazon gift certificates

I am a member of Testspin, a site that sends you surveys and pays with $10 Amazon gift certificates. I have already $17 in my account and I was wondering if I can use many $10 gift certificates towards one only product which cost more than $10. Is it possible to do that? Have you done it yourself?
