how to learn new concept english book three?

i am a fan about english , these days i have learned new concept english . from the books i knew many things and i love to do it . but recently there is something wrong with my eyes .so i stop for some days . now i think i lose tense about it . how should i go on to learn it . give me some suggestions pls.
