My son is Autistic and i have been advised by a family friend to try to get him to eat fennel as she believes it calms down children when they are hyper. I had never heard of this before so i was wondering as there are so many people here from all over the globe if anyone else had any knowledge of other "Healing foods"

Here is a website I found that has herbal and homeopathic remedies to help treat autism. In other words, they have products to help with mood, hyperactivity, anger/temper, concentration, anxiety, and sleep.

that was great! it made interesting reading and all of it rang true! i liked the parents comments about the effects of the herbal remedies.... it is hard to know what to do sometimes for the best! the internet is a fantastic thing but there is so much information sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees it is good to get relevent sites to look at.

thanks for the link! i had watched a documentry one night and he featured in it but i couldn't remember his name! so that made great reading! Bill Gates is also Autistic which gives me great hope that my son will be able to live with his disability and be a valued member of society! +
