Disappearing Responses

So I was just refreshing a few discussions I've posted to today and there was one that I could've sworn I responded to, but my response wasn't there, so I posted again and moved on to the next one. I saw my response there and hit the refresh button to see if anyone commented to my comment. Well, it disappeared! I don't understand why, either. I said nothing wrong in either response, so they shouldn't have been reported and deleted or anything like that. Is anyone else experiencing this?
