Whose voice you like the more, John's or Paul's?

They are interesting duo with different characteristic both in music and life, and amazingly they wrote some of the 20th century best classic hits. When it comes down to which one of the two I like the most, I found that Paul's music and voice is more pleasing, John's is a bit screechy although rich in content. What do you think people?

I like John Lennon's voice better and find his solo work better, I do find it harder to sing Paul McCartney's songs so perhaps I'm a bit biased.

It also depends on what kind of voice you have. I can't sing, no matter how hard I've tried in the past, but I do agree that John's solos are great, while Paul's strength is in the harmonization ... And although I prefer John's personality, I have great respect in Paul's music (not so much the lyrics :)

I personally prefer John Lennon's voice to Paul's...but they are both very talanted.

I love Paul's voice, there isn't a reason but I like it more. But if I must sing a Beatles' song I prefer the voice of John because is not very high.

They have a very distinct voice but i like John's voice. Heavenly!!!

Both had something unique and special to contribute vocally. John's voice is more powerful and distinctive. In fact, I consider John's voice to be the sound of the Beatles. However, Paul has always been my favorite Beatle. If I were to provide you with a list of my favorite Beatles songs, you'd find that Paul sings lead on every last one of them. So in the final analysis, I prefer Paul's voice.
