Whoa, this little girl really has a sharp tongue! I was expecting a bad reaction to Kitty but she really went over the top with a bad reaction! Do you think the Senator responded correctly demanding an apology to Kitty? Or should he have been harsher? I definitely think the daughter should apologize but I think I would have also grounded her for a week or two. Embarrasing someone in public and when your father is a public figure is a bit too much. What has happened to manners these days? What do you think the fitting punishment should have been?

I agree that a more harsher punishment should have been taken. An apology was good but she definitly should have been grounded as well. If any of my kids would have acted like this they would have been sorry they ever did it. I don't tolerate behavior like this in my household. Luckily my kids know it and don't try to do stuff like this. If they do, they sure do a good job at hiding it from me.

We think alike! My kids were also raised like that. They knew they would face the consequences of me and their father if they acted in a rude manner to anyone.
