Does chocolate spoil?

I don't think anyone that likes chocolate lets it sit long enough to spoil..I know for sure I don't..I don't think it does though..

Yes it does..I dont like chocolates that much but my friends likes and I usually gets it for my sister and my best friends who likes it so much...What I ve noticed is that they usually get spoiled easy when you keep it outside the refrigerator for long time and if they are exposed to too much of light...I dont know what mechanism is working behind that...But they can be well preserved if you keep them in a refrigerator...they likes a low temperature...

My wife says no. I have no way of knowing this, and I doubt very many would. Who would let chocolate sit around that long anyway?
