night work

i have to do night shift work 7 days in months. i know it is difficult but this is my job. in my job the work will be changed from morning A shift, to night shift. is it better to do night shift work?

what is it you do? im a medical student and we work CRAZY shcedules switching back and forth between nights and days every couple of days. it gets draining in the longrun but a couple nights a month shouldnt be bad. do you get better pay for the graveyard shift?

nope its not better to work at night. i was offered a job 9pm til 6am and i think its obsurd. you will renew your body clock and it will affect everything in you. and you will feel that you are in a different country. anyways, my husband works alternatively. 1 week night shift every other week and it got him sick! so its really bad to work at graveyard shift.
