how many do you have of these 10 good habits?

I saw, one day, a good article on a newspaper. There are ten good habits to assure your good health. 1. have a good breakfast. 2. At least 5 apples or other fruits. 3. exerse 30 minutes at least every day. 4. protect your teeth to the fullest. 5. bring the nature into the house, for examples, raise flower, listen to the raindrops 6.avoid cigarettes 7. entertainment in the work 8. chat with your family 9. a good sleep 10. turn off tv when eating

Wow after reading this list the only two I can say I have is where I brush my teeth to the fullest and chat with my family everyday . I never eat breakfast unless I am pregnant , I never eat five fruit a day , I might have five in the run of a week . I do bring nature into the house in the summer but not in the winter . I smoke and there is no entertainment at work to be had as it is too serious a place . I am unable to have a good sleep at night no matter what time I try to get to bed and the t.v runs all day in our household .

The same with you except that I don't smoke. We have to make some changes to live more healthily. Do you think so?

they all sound great, but I do not think I have any of those good habits at all.

Lemme see... the things i don't do in your list is turning off tv when eating and exercise 30 minutes at least every day! No wonder, I gained so much...if you could only see my love handles :-(

Looking at these I am not in the running for having good habits. I am strict with looking after my teeth and chats with my family, but the others are well down on my list. I live on very little sleep, breakfast is toast I have at work while setting up for the day, the tv is always on, even when I am not watching it and I did away with all my house plants as I kept forgetting to water them. I do a brisk 15 mins walk every morning to work, but get a lift home and I am not great at keeping up with my 5 a day fruit and veg!! I think I need to look at my unhealthy lifestyle and definately change a few things!! Thanks for the reminder.

the one which applies to me are are 1,4,5,6,7,9. well if you should have asked about some bad habits in me i should have written a plenty of them coz i have all those stupid habits in myself. if you have this list of some good ones then you should even have some resolution of how to prevent the bad ones and how to start the new good ones. to be perfect indeed. not only for me but some of them are so hard to follow that most people would have severe problems facing it. anyway,which ones do you follow from your list.
