Are you jealous of people who have more than you?

yes at times,i am not jealous but a bit envious! I am more envious than jealous I would say. I always go, "If I had their wealth, I would have built orphanages; I would have helped the street children. I would have helped the elderly..." that is what I usually feel and say.
