what will u do if u r boss dont give u the salary for what u have work for him if u work and leave that job 15 day befor to complete month then what will u do if he dont oays u of 15 day pay he tell that their was a holiday and all he make the reson of this type and try to reduce u r pay and y he gines the full paymen of month in month their are also holidays what about that is he should pay the whole pay of 15 days or he should reduce the payment what do u think help me my lotters

Get Dept of Labors number..they can help you that..also coordinate with local TV, they work better if theyre being reported to tv about how they do things...hehe

Well, this seems to be a loss situtaion for me. Firstly I would never join a firm whose reputation in terms of salary is not good, secondly if by chance this happens with me then I would look what all papers I have to proove that I worked. If I have an appointment letter or joining letter I can sue the fellow who is eating my salary. Either I can go to his boss or I can threaten him to go to court for judiciary procedungs and try to get justice from there.
