I cant choose! I like all of them. I love chicken grilled, Fish broiled and Steak with medium rare. All 3 of them have their good.

Oh!! Shrimp. I love them too. I like my shrimp boiled with hot water and eat with soy sauce mixed with little bit of wasabi paste.

Agreed. completely. Free range meat is typically the healthiest/best for you. If you shop you local farmers market/s.. you'll find some pretty good deals on free range meats. :]

It depends for me.. I tend to digest chicken the best.. Steak is a little too tough for my tummy!
