What should cricket board do to improve indian cricket team's performance??????

hey folks, the recent disaster performance by team india in world cup has shown that there is need for immediate reaction to change the things now.. should sachin be there or not?? who should be new coach n blah blah.... what changes u think should be made in indian team???

i think sachin should be shown the way to outside.. n ofcourse chappel cant be the next coach.. n one more thing i would say that politicians(like sharad pawar) should not be indulged in cricket board.. n indian cricket team needs to work hard to improve its fitness......
