I think that with the recent dog food scares and recalls that it would be better to make your own dog food at home.
I have soem recipes for some treats on my blog http://kitchendelites.blogspot.com and will soon have some recipes for dog food.
It is alot healthier and they are easy to make.

I too think that making our own dog food is a good idea. The news this morning interviewed someone saying that you cannot get the balance of nutrients that our pets need by making your own. I just wonder how all these dogs were before dog food was mass produced. We seemed to have pretty good dogs then and less health problems to boot.
I have a few and am always looking for more recipes for my big boys. They are quite healthy and I cook for them in the winter to add to the Golden Bits dog food that has the fats they need for winter health. Thanks for sharing this!

The best food the dog would like is a simple egg scramble with out any salk or pepper just plain with a little oil
