Is India Taking Away Jobs.

Many people the world over feel that India is taking away jobs. That India is one of the driving factors for jobs being "Outsourced" out of the Western countries. But, what people do not understand is when a corporate outsources the jobs to any other country, the main aim is........ economies and profitability. Companies are outsourcing their jobs to India because Indians can work at better efficiencies, under more stress and are very loyal And, the salaries in are quite less than what employers pay in those countries. I see more jobs coming into India and there would be more distress globally. You cannot force corporate the world over to curtail their profitability just to keep a nation happy.
