The United Nations Organization (UNO) is formed on oct.1945 after the devastating IInd world war. It has been very efficient in governing the economic and cultural interests of the people all over the world. It has been successful in controlling the nuclear arms race But in many critical and sensitive issues, the white house has influenced the UNO quite a lot. Many important decisions have been taken in favour of American leaders and citizens. Mr. Blair has directly proposed this issue many times in the meetings. do u think that America is really influencing the UNO for its advantages?

I think you give too much credit to the UN. They have not become efficient in any aspect. The entire UN security council orgainization is built on 5 nations: China, US, Russia, UK, France. These 5 countries have absolute veto power. Meaning if one of them vetos a measure, it fails. In no way does this foster an environment of world government. However, without the American money and support this organization would fold.
