According to me captain and coach are responsible for this.. because they didn't pick the in-form batsman dinesh karthick and in-form all-rounder irfan pathan... if they dropped the robin uthappa in the final game aganist srilanka and replaced by karthick or pathan.... they will won..... they didn't changed the squad for last three games expect kumble..... the main reason is they didn't bat and bowl well expect few like ganguly,yuvaraj,zaheer,..........
