Why do men think they can do what they want with no consequences?

They act this way because no one is stopping them. If you choose to let people walk all over you, they will do it. You are basically holding a sign asking everyone to treat you like you are nothing. Fix yourself first then you will see people around you treating you with respect. Its just human nature to use people who allow themselves to be used. Why? because it is understood that if someone doesn't like it, they will be complaining or doing something about it. Not taking action means sends a acknowledgement to the offending party that, it is ok to continue doing what they are doing.
