if you are feeling depression dont watch tv and just try meditation in vedic terms its called YOGA in meditation you can go deep breathing called ANULOM VILOM just press your with right hand thumb and breat do it for 5 min then press your nose with your fingers do it for 5 min you will feel realxed and calm

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

This appears to be another 'cure' put out there by people who haven't got the foggiest clue what depression -really- is. The only thing helpful about that advice is to breathe. Because when you're depressed, taking the next breath becomes something you don't really feel like doing.

I have read somewhere that people dealing with depression should enter into a yogic practice with caution. Actually I have read that in several places. What do you think about that. Deep breatheing is great for depression.
