How do I take care of skin after 30?

I am above 30 and have started showing my age in my face. Age spots are everywhere around my nose, on my cheeks, my forehead and my chin. I do not know how to remove them. I am trying a lot of products from the store. They just don't help. The spots are not fading. It is a complete waste of time and money. Can anybody please help? Thanks in advance.

I would go see a dermatologist...they know the most effective medications. They will even be able to perscribe something that is stronger and will work faster than what you are buying from the store. Good luck!

I would go visit your GP and get them to prescribe you something or refer you to a specialist. As you get older your skin does age and therefore needs looking after in different ways. So products that you were using in your twenties may no longer be appropriate and not be helping your skin. The other possibility is if your using a lot of products you could have developed an allergic reaction or irriation to them. I found this webpage http://www.ivillage.co.uk/beauty/skincare/facial/articles/0,5476875-2,00.html it tells you what to expect from your skin at that age and recommneds types of products you try using. I hope this is helpful.
