Outrageous! US Marines can no longer get large tattoos on their legs and arms!

Marines are dying in service to their country and president, but the US now says the marines can no longer get large tattoos on their arms and legs. Even if the tattoos are an American Flag or Semper Fi! Is this fair?

I wonder what their reason is for prohibiting tattoos. My father retired after 20 years in the Marine Corps and has a wonderful tattoo of the Marine Corps emblem on his seft bicep with the words Semper Fi underneath. Maybe I will give him a call and see if he can give us any insight.
