Well whoever is selected, isn't going to help Pakistan team cause. Aaqib is good but not great, He has nothing to offer in batting or fielding, You can make him bowling coach only, he has been doing good in U-19 cricket. You have to look for a person equally good in Bowling and Batting. Remember fielding is also very important these days. Those days are gone when you did not need good fielding to win matches, cricket has changed alot. Fielding plays a vital role in winning matches and it is the weakest point of Pakistan Cricket. I can suggest that there should be three different coaches, batting, bowling, fielding.

In my view Waqar Younis Should be atlest the Bowling Coach and Javaid Miandad for Batting. Even u can replace Javaid Miandad with someone else but Waqar Should be there vecoz Under his coaching the team got straight like an arrow.

yeah Aaqib Javed is good but all i expect from the PCB is to get a Pakistani coach , it will be better than any other one .

yes i agree .... aaqib javed is a very good coach .. he has performance behind him as a coach of pakistan under 19 team .... soo he is a strong contender n i feel that PCB should think positively now and should select aqib javed for his performance base .... and other coach should be javed miandad or some historic batsman of pakistan .... but he should be having some experience of coaching ..
