Have you ever met anyone famous? How did it go?

I’ve had my run-in with a few people. I met Muhammad Ali when I was like, 7 or 8, he was signing autographs to promote an event and I got his autograph. That was awesome. Same for NFL Hall-of-Famer Steve Young, met him and got his autograph. I have had a lot of interactions at work. For instance, Pierce Brosnan came into the Starbucks I worked at once and we served him and his family some iced lattes. Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe from Friends) also came into a different Starbucks in my district. Then, one morning, Jared from the Subway commercials came into our store… hahaha who have you met/seen/interacted with? How’d it go for you?

One time, I was shopping at the Camarillo Outlets, and Heather Locklear happened to be shopping there in the same store! I didn't actually buy anything and didn't recognize who she was, but my friend started jumping up and down and screamin, "ohmygosh! You're Heather Locklear!" Awkard, but she was gracious and obliged an autograph. Lifehouse stopped by the Starbucks I used to work at on their way to Monterey, CA for a concert...and we served them their latte's and hot chocolates. My husband and I went to fanfest for the San Francisco Giants, and we got out picture taken with a couple of the players - Ortiz and Frandsen, who both happily made it to the opening day roster. Good for them! I think that's all I can remember for now...Who knew that Starbucks would become an ideal place to meet famous people?
