How are you going to treat your friend who likes to make empty promises?

= i have this friend who does make empty promises... but im used to it.. so there are times me and the others wouldn't take her seriously.. we just ignore her n her promises.. but depending on her promises.. sometimes i would actually dare her to do it.. only on 1 or two accounts that she actually managed to fulfil the promise.. haha..
