Where would you wan to live, in CONDO unit or in a TOWN HOUSE? / myLot

I always thought condominium unit's a wise buy over a town house. I am currently paying a condominium unit and plan to transfer next year. Its more comfortable and affordable for singles like me. How about you? Do our civil status have something to do in selecting a place to live or it depends on what a person or a couple decision?

I like to live close to the sea, and like to live in a real everyones kind imagine if thay got.i don't belive in civil status enless they credibility to our life's. what person need's, what people of civil status need's the only word: 'Love'

Right now I'm livivng in a city with population nearing one crore and 20 lakhs. I am living in ametro . I am native from Indore ( my home town) and even city's population is reaching near 60 lakh people. But I have spent my childhood in a village with ten thousand as population. I still prefer to live in village as it's calm and near to enviroment there.

I live in a condo, but given the disrespectful neighbor I have, I wonder if a town house with a little garden around would have not been a better choice.

I have always dreamed of owning a condominium unit in a high rise building but sad to say that there aren't any in my area...
