After Viswanathan Anand won the Linares tournament we all thought he would be the next world no 1.But the international chess federation FIDE showed Veselin Topalov of Bulgarea ahead of Anand.They didnt include points gained by Anand in Linares claiming that the cut off date was feb 28.Linares ended on march 10.But the sharp criticisms by ALl India Chess Federation and chess fans all over the world forced FIDE to correct the list Some accused racism as the main factor behind FIDE's decision, though Anand ruled out its chance.what you think of it?
