Yes me, I hate them I am usually sick or I faint one or the other, I had to have a blood test a couple of years ago, she told me to sit in the chair but I adviced them it was in their best interest if I was horizontal, so they got me to lay down........

Just the other day I had to get my blood tested- went into the ER for extreme stomach pains and I knew they were gonna test my blood, but i was okay with since I've done it before, but when the nurse came in and asked if i have had blood taken before and i said "yeah a looooong time ago" then I began thinking about that time and how much it had hurted lol
so the nurse picked the needle inside my arm as i looked the other way and i was like "whew!! thats a relief" then she said "your gonna feel a lil' somthing" and all the sudden shoved it in deeper!! a minute goes by and i say "you done yet?" she goes yeah and i look down to find the needle still up in my arm!!
lol!! it was so funny- she was a liar...
then they gave me a shot before i left for my pain and the guy shoved it in my butt cheek and i actually FELT whatever he was giving me flush in my skin!! it was really weird

I don't have a problem with needles in general. I do get really nervous when the needle is headed for me. I have seen alot in just my four piercings and one tattoo! I just close my eyes so that I can't see what is happening. It helps to calm my fears maybe it would help you to do this or at least look away. Good luck!

Oh and even though I don't like them I manage to sit for 20 minutes with one in my arm to donate blood! Just Don't Look!!! :)

I think that there is no one in the world that loves needles, but we must face it someday. We all have to do blood tests in our lives, and it's for our own good. Few months ago, I had needed to do donate blood for the soldiers in our country. I really wanted to donate, but I totaly forgot about it, and I didn't do it eventualy.

I had a blood test yesterday and I don't like needles very much either. I usually manage to cope by looking anywhere else but at the needle and try to take my mind off it by listening to music on my walkman. I am lucky as the nurse who did my blood test understands that people don't like needles.

I hate them. I hate even looking at them but they don't hurt. When i have had blood tests in the past, when the nurse is getting the needle ready, i just look away until she is finished doing it. The worst one had to be when i was pregnant and they take about 5 or 6 different tubes of blood to be sent of for different tests. I thought i was going to collapse with the amount of blood she was taking. LOL
