Smoothies are big for us and juice in the refrigerator. Real juice not the juice drink. In the summer we grow brocolli, peppers, potatoes and cabbages. Among other things. We tend to do pretty well. We are pretty healthy and that is good since we don't have health insurance. A balanced diet does provide the things we need to keep our bodies working properly.
