How do I upload???

For back grounds, just look up myspace themes any search engine. as for music/video, youtube's good. where you see a bunch of textboxes, one will say "embed." copy that, and then paste it into any of the fields in your myspace profile. i usually post my music into the music field. plus, often, ppl have their own music when surfing, so this gives them the option to start your music/videos, without having to have it interfere with their songs.
