do we have to pay for opening the pay pal account ? i mean for transfering the money we have to open the account in pay pal for opening the account do we have to pay for that and any indian did got the money?

i'm not from india but i can answer a little bit, If you want to open Pay Pal account you don't need to pay if someone ask you to pay so you have benn chated, to open Pay Pal account you just need adress and you email must be work. i hope this will be help a little bit

Paypal has always been free. You shouldent ever have to pay any fees to join paypal for any reason. I live in the USA and I have been a member of paypal for 3yrs and they have never asked me to pay a fee.

it right but i m from india whats the procedure of that can u tell me if its free the y they are asking for credit card that i dont have it i have debit card
