what is the activity u do and think u'll remain healthy healthy

i've a small girl just 2+ so i can't go anywhere and nothing much to do as for helth perse at home and of course i work at home,i am not a lazy person,but i try to eat right,and a dear friend marjonelle suggested to not to hv carbs afterr 5 in the eveninmg i'm douing that also what about u ??

well u sure look a lot older then 2 for knowing so much and posting on my lot and if you are 2 you need not worry about eateing and being fit and all that cos you are growing up so your body is still in process yes but keeping healthy and being hygenic should be the top priority on your list and since you are 2 Diapers are one accessory u need to carry around in your purse u never know when u might need it LOL fun apart and yes as your friend suggested not have carbs in the evening is very right and a light dinner a heavy breakfast and lots of green vegetables and fruits need to be addedto your diet to maintain your fitness

hey there i did not get ur answer at all yeah 30 is old only 30 yrs old ,and even in my real life i don't look that,i'm ok but yes i don't look like heroines u'll never confuse me with aishwarya,hahahahalol,but jokes apart didn't get what u meant

I'm an average guy and working hard to keep myself fit through my hactic work load at office. My work at office is to sit on chair and look after collections as this work doesn't require physical workout but mental stress is lot. That's why I goto gym and keep a close look at diet I intake. Working out with your sugar and salt intake can lead you to very healthy figure.

i eat alot of fruits and veggies limit the carbs and sugars..i go for a walk everyday...i swim every weekend

you could take your daughter out to the park or go for some walks or do home aerobics from dvds or keep fit on the morning shows i cant really just stay at home as i think it makes you unhealthy so i always try and find something to do even if its just walking around town i try and eat healthy food and do regular exercise aswell
