My friend went forward to accept christ at a teen rally. But now he laughs at what he calls a bunch of hocus-pocus

He wasn't ready.
I was in my 30s before I became a Christian. It's soemthing you have to come to and some people are drawn to it in different ways.
But you have to be ready to let Christ in to your heart - and if you're not, nothing on Earth will force belief.
Give him time - if he's going to become a Christian, it will eventually happen.
