2000 mazda mpv trailer wiring

I'm having real problems with wiring the trailer wiring harness to the van. It says the connections are behind the tail lights. I don't know how to hook up the 4 wires (ground already done). Can anyone help?

I know that my 1993 MPV already has a trailer wiring kit installed, and the control box for it is behind the left taillight. Are you installing a kit from Mazda, or is it an aftermarket kit? If you want, I can give you the wiring colors for the taillights that were used in 1993. I'm guessing they would be similar in a 2000.
