Pork, Beef, Chicken or Lamb?

Out of the choices, I would probably choose lamb. I love the taste of it, it's good meat but still a bit gamey (not sure if that's a word or spelled right). Beef is always a good choice, but it's not my first option. I do a lot of my cooking with chicken, so I am a little tired of it, unless there is a totally new way to cook it that I haven't tried yet. Pork is the versatile meat, it's the cheapest meat in our area, too, so I use it fairly often. In the end... it would be lamb first over the other 3.

I love chickedn. I always seem to order chicken dishes when i am out at a restaurant or getting a takeaway but lately I have been trying to change and order beef. I sometimes have lamb for sunday dinner. I dont really like pork but would eat it.

I would probably choose chicken. I like italian food and they do great things with chicken
