What did everyone make/made for dinner tonight?

i will make some winged bean stir fry with the dried shrimp, and fried salted fish serve with hot plain rice. I think tonight i want to make our dinner at home as last night me and my spouse already have ours out. Have you ever try to eat the winged beans before? It taste nice and i love it, when cooked with the dried shrimp with chili and dried shrimp paste.

tonight lasagna salad and fruit for dessert...tomorrow cheeseburgers and fries and a veggie...fried chicken cacitorie ove pasta...sun ham and the fixings for Easter dinner

I just realised that I had a rubbish dinner. A can of vegetable soup was all I had at about 6pm. It's now 9.30pm. I've been too busy myLotting.

Tonight I did a chicken curry with rice, and as an expriment did some 'Potatoe and Cauliflower Bhajis' on the side. I finely chopped some cauliflower heads and grated a raw potatoe in to a bowl. Added a little chilli powder and sume cumin, then added a beaten egg and mixed the whole lot up. I then added a little cornflour to help it bind better, then heated some oil in a frying pan and dropped spoons of the mixture on the the pan when the oil ws hot. When one side was browned, I flipped them and browned the other side, then stuck them in a dish in the oven to finish the cooking and keep them warm. Went quite well with the chicken curry!
