I have a business plan and am in the process of looking for a location to open a small business with my mom, who is retiring soon. Does anyone know good financing resources for this process for someone who doesn't exactly have good credit or the means for a 'typical' loan? I know there are a bunch of sites saying government grants available for women for small business, but that is actually not true. I would appreciate any new business hints and information. This is my dream and I want to help my mom retire into a pleasant small town business. Thank you!
