Will you study at local university or foreign university?? Why??

Hi everybody..!! If everybody having choices of local university or foreign university to choose for study, then where will everybody choose to study at? Why??
As for me, i'd like to study at local university because we can save lots of money rather than lots of living cost will be needed while study at foreign university. Also, i dont like to have a very far relationship with my love and also family members too. We still can get helps easily if we needed in local university because we knew more people than stay at foreign university.

I did my graduation at a foreign University. We had to wait for a couple of years to enter into Local Universitiy. And also I got a schoardhip to do my graduation. But I would have prefered to do it at a local University. I missed my family and friends so much while I was away. But now when I think back I have got some good friends, and aslo completed my graduationearl and achived many things in life couple of years earlier than my local friends, and got a wider exposure. There are pluses and minuses in any decision that we make.
