Will the Democratic Congress try to ressurect the Fairness Doctrine?

I hear Boortz ruminating about this once a week or so.
Personally speaking, I don't see it happening. I think it'd be too difficult to manage in the more complex communication world we have today.
Of course, I've been wrong in the past . . .
