I usually do unless either the item on my plate doesn't taste good or I'm full b4 I finish.

Since I do most of the cooking, I know if it taste good before I put it on my plate. Getting cold would probably discourage me from eating more of it anyway.

i will always finish everything put on my plate. It is important to me, i think its from being a child when food was hard to come by. Such experiences tend to coulor your view of things for ever

That is why I ask the question. It is the way I was raised. And probably why I am overweight too.

I don't always eat everything on my plate. It really all depends on what im eating. If i happen not to finish everything then i ask someone if they would like the rest of my plate.
