My Fiance is too nice at times!

My Fiance dosen't usually get home until about 3 in the morning from work.. but there are times that he gets home later. The reason for the lateness is becuase one of his coworkers isn't reponsible enough ( even tho he is older then my fiance) to make sure he has a ride to and from work.. and Lyle is forced to drive him 30 mins away from our house.. which is 30 mins out of the way. He literally has to drive by our house and then drive for 30 mins to this guys house then 30 mins back which gets him home much later then usual! My Fiance cannot seem to say no. I mean cause usually the guy will call before he comes into work and asks Lyle to take him home and Lyle could easily say that he can't tonight... but he dosen't. He is going to get home at 4 in the morning and then have to get up in the morning at 7 to take kids to school and go to doctor's appointments and even tho he knew this he couldn't tell this guy no. It drives me freaking up the wall lol Does your fiance do anything that drives you crazy???
