Ready Boot problem

I actually think the new feature of Windows Vista called Ready Boot is pretty cool. It allows the computer to used the portable memories as a source of RAM used to speed up the whole system. It should come in handy, however, I only succeeded using that feature the first time I inserted my flash disk, and then the whole thing just stopped working - it kept telling me that the device is not suitable to be used as RAM. I tried some more times after I formatted my flash disk to FAT and NTFS file system. Haven't really solve the problem. Does anyone here know what might be the problem? What should I do to re-enable using Ready Boot on my flash disk?
