The secret of a happy life is the "Contentment" in
what you have.
If you are contented with what you have then you
are the most happy and successful person.
a person having lot money or a person having each and every desired fulfilled is in fact always short of some desires to be fulfilled yet . This is because desires have no end.
So If you are happy with what ever you have and thank god for all things which has been provided by god...then ofcourse you have got the secret of a happy life.

Stop worrying about the problems. Instead think properly and solve all the lifes day today problems without hurting other beings. Be content with whatever you have. Happiness will not leave you forever.
