Pay for Performance

I feel that Indian cricket players should have a variable component in their earnings which should depend on their individual performance, the team performance on the whole. What are your views? Only when you perform, you should be paid. BCCI can come up with the performance measures for the same.

BCCI logo for cricket . - BCCI is suppose to be highest paying board in any sports worldwide. If their players do not perform they have right to cut their wages.
I agree with you . We were paying them too high in comparison to their pocket . It should be money for each one day they play . They should pay them like 50,000 rs. for a century, 10,000 rs. for 50 runs ( I may be sounding strange but this can be worked out and it will let players perform and win matches for India. There should be minimum payment and fine for people who are not able to perform . God knows what BCCI decides but it should be in favour of indian cricket .
