Is your light on or off when you go to sleep?

I don't think I could sleep with a light on. I think it's what you are used to doing from the time we were children. For us bedtime meant you were in your bed and the lights went out. I was raised that way and to this day my bedroom needs to be dark for me to go to sleep. Interesting question though. I need to follow up and see what other people have to say about this.

Well the lights are off and the majority of the room is dark, even during the day but I do have a small night light on at all times. It is just enough so that the room isn't pitch black. I have to be able to see something in the room otherwise I have a panic attack.
