Surf Bounty, is it any good?

I was running accross different sites like I always do to try and bring in even more extra money. Well the other day I run into a site called Surf Bounty. I was wondering if it was a legit site that actually pays its members? Also how good do they pay for doing things? Any information will be thankful :)
