Will you prefer to marry a south-asian woman?

I hail from India and I strongly feel that Indian women are very loyal life-partners apart from being elegant, beautiful and supportive. it's all because even a modern Indian women is deeply-rooted to the great Indian culture. No, don't consider this discussion to be a marriage proposal!:) Infact, I read an article today where it was mentioned that people from all over the world, especially Britons are now looking for their life-partners from India as they think about Indian women the same way I think. If you have seen Big Brother, a reality TV show then you must be knowing the reason why.(Thanks to Indian actress Shilpa Shetty who was the winner of the show this year)
If given an option, would you choose your life-partner to hail from south-asia? If not then she would be from which country?Feel free to give you opinions.

Choosing a spouse?
Well I feel we should never choose our mates by their
national origin specifically.
It happens because of love usually.
There are mail order bride services etc.
But I feel most men pick due to love, friendship, respect, etc.

i know 'choosing a spouse' sounds bit old-fashioned when people prefer love-marriages. but i read about this article which was there in a newspaper in london.so there must be some truth to it and which means some people still want to 'choose' or 'prefer'. i liked your response. thanks grandpa bob!

I don't think you should choose who you are going to marry based on where they are from. I am sure you have alot of great qualities but women from other contries are just as good.

Ofcourse i will marry an indian and everything you have mentioned is perfectly right about an indian woman and i think you forgot to mention that indian women are very strong supporters and motivators to their individual spouses and i think there are no better woman then women from India so yes i am with you all the way.
