Hmm I'd say the first thing I notice is eyes. I love nice eyes. Especially blue ones. Also I find nice hair important because let's be honest, it's gotta be hard to be attracted to someone with greasy hair. Hands are also nice, and important to me! I'd say the first thing ro repell me from someone would be how they dress. If they are wearing something ridiculous I would instantly be turned off. Also body odor will turn me away very quickly!
