What are some fast & easy meals for a family of 7?

Hi, we recently had our 2 neices move in with us and already have 3 children. I am trying to get idea's of dinners I can prepare that are not way expensive and that are fairly easy to prepare. if you have any idea's let me know. thanks alot!!

My favorite is pepperoni baked ziti. I buy one box of ziti and a large jar of pasta sauce with one large bag of shredded cheese. I like the mixture of mozzerella and provalone. Then I pick up a bag of sliced pepperoni. Cook the ziti as directed and mix with the jarred pasta sauce. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ziti and dot the top with the sliced pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. It's really yummy and not at all difficult to make and very easy on the pocketbook. Serve with a loaf of Italian bread and butter to make it even more satisifying.
