Personal Shopper?????

I'm currently want to do personal shopping for groceries. But my dilemma is this. How much do I charge and how do I get customers. I know enjoy shopping, especially groceries shopping. I just love looking for the best deals and everything. But I'm wondering how do I possible get this going? Would I need licenses to do this? Or anything like that? Would business cards and flyers be good? I really would love to do this. It something I love to do and would help someone out greatly.
